Account Management Fellowship

A 3-year programme, consisting of three 1-year placements in the Account Management department of Ogilvy & Mather, Ogilvy One, and either Ogilvy PR, Dialogue, Ogilvy Common Health, Coley Porter Bell, or Ogilvy Action.

And there’s more

Mojito mixing, a fetish fashion show and playing in a band. Believe it or not, all part of your six weeks of Fellowship training. Oh, and you’ll also learn about the different companies within the Ogilvy group, and get an idea of the varying skills you’ll need to develop. On top of all that, you’ll take part in some fun group exercises that will help you really get to know your fellow Fellows.

After your training, you’ll begin work on your first of three year-long placements.

Guardian and Buddy

At the start of the Fellowship you will be assigned both a Guardian and Buddy. Your Guardian will be a wise chap or chapette with bags of industry experience, who will guide you on your way throughout your time on the Fellowship. It will be their job to mentor you throughout the three years and ensure you gain the best possible experience and develop the necessary skills to be a success. You’ll also be assigned a buddy, an older Fellow to help you settle in at the agency, someone you can ask the embarrassing questions to and go for a drink at the end of a long hard day.
